Get your life back with QUIET MODE. Instagram has launched Quiet Mode and new ways to manage content recommendations to help users focus and set boundaries when it comes to using social media.
Quiet Mode turns off notifications and sends an auto-reply when someone sends a direct message. It is available in six countries and can be customized to fit your schedule.
The feature will be prompted for teens who spend a lot of time on Instagram late at night. Additionally, users can now hide multiple pieces of content on the Explore page and avoid recommended content with specific words, emojis, or hashtags. The update also includes new parental supervision tools, allowing parents to see their teen's settings and receive notifications of updates. These features aim to give users and parents more control over the time they spend online and the content they see.
