Twitter Business is providing three key product launches that will drive mid-to-lower funnel results for advertisers and improve relevance for Twitter users. What does this mean for you? It's kind of like Facebook Pixel, but for Twitter. They have put in the effort to improve their pixel and are letting you in on the action.
First up is Website Conversions Optimization (WCO). WCO is a major rebuild for the conversion goals that will improve the way your ads can reach customers who will mostly likely to convert on a lower-funnel website action.
What's a specific goal you have beyond the landing page visit? Maybe it's add-to-cart, purchase, leads, or subscribers. Next up, Twitter user-level algorithms will then target with greater relevance, reaching people most likely to meet your specific goal–at 25% lower cost-per-conversion on average, per initial testing. To optimize with behavior from your site, WCO requires use of the Twitter Pixel or Conversion API (CAPI).
These launches will build off the momentum of Twitter's new and improved Pixel, Conversion API and App Purchase Optimization solutions they previously updates this year. The first Launch is Website Conversions Optimization (WCO). The final launch Twitter is introducing is Collection Ads. Collection Ads are a format on the platform that enables advertisers to present a collection of product images through a primary hero image and smaller thumbnails below.
